MAINTENANCE OF COMPLETE SYSTEM FROM SUPPLY OF RADIOISOTOPE PRODUCTS TO TREATMENT OF THEIR WASTES

The Japan Radioisotope Association is actively engaged in activities concerning stable supply of various kinds of radioisotopes for research, industrial and medical uses, and collection and treatment of radioisotope wastes on the basis of its goals of:

• promoting wider application of knowledge and utilization technology of radioisotopes
  research and development as well as studies on prevention of radiation hazard
• establishment of a stable supply system
• establishment of a system for collection, treatment and storage of radioisotope wastes

It will continue to be active for the sake of serving users on the , basis establishing of a complete system from supply of radio- isotopes to treatment of radioisotope wastes.
